I can't log in to the Forum / Support web site

If you can't log into our web site (Forum, Support Site, or Wiki), it's most likely because you don't have a site account (MediaMonkey Gold registration information and the Store User ID & Password are different than the website's credentials).

If you've already created an account and can't log in, it can be because:

  • The username and password are incorrectly entered. This can occur if:
    • you used the Store's User ID & Password instead of the website's
    • you used your E-mail address instead of Username
    • you used your Username & License Key for MediaMonkey Gold, instead of Username & Password for the Website
  • You registered, but never clicked on the confirmation e-mail. Find your confirmation email and click the confirmation link.
  • You've forgotten your website password. Visit the reset password page to resolve.

If you're able to login to the forum and wiki, but not the support site (e.g. you get an error such as "cross-site request forgery detected", then:

  • clear your browser's cache
  • delete all cookies associated with from your browser
  • restart your browser

If you still can't log in, please create a new account and submit a support ticket with details of the problematic account.
